Update caused a base table error

I got an error after I updated to Laravel 6. I have done a migration and cleared the cache.

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table \'database.utilities_seo_items\' doesn\'t exist (SQL: select * from `utilities_seo_items` where `slug` = / limit 1)

Hello, Can you provide us with your utility module version, and is it up to date?

I can’t enter my site or dashboard to see any info. I get the error only.

turns out it is an internal server error when I try to login
