Refund Order Functionality

Hello. The user made a purchase, now wants to make a refund, how to do it? I do not see the refund buttons opposite the order from a regular user. Maybe there is a description in the documentation how to do this?

Hello, The Refund can be made by the Administrator, The buyer cannot issue a refund!, but he can reach the vendor through the messaging center.
