Search Product with Japanese Kanji doesn’t work

I use the basic ecommerce corals theme on the frontend and admin corals on the backend. we found bugs in the system I change the system language to Japanese only. when we add product data (Ecommerce> Product) with Japanese Kanji especially, the search system on the frontend doesn't work. I attach picture for this problem. For these bugs, what is the solution Laraship offers to us?
