You need to update the theme

php artisan corals:modules --action=update --type=theme --module_name=ecommerce-basic --force=true

Looks your Settings Module is not even uptodate, download and install it from the package

i have the latest setting manager version installed which is
Settings Manager – 2.1.1 2.1.1 CORE Corals corals-settings
