My website is having php, html, css and javascript file. I need guidance on how to put those files in my laraship dashboard so that people can access this website.

We're not sure about the content types and their types, but you can add them in different places 1- CMS items: there are many types like Posts, Pages, News, testimonials, FAQs,... 2- CMS Blocks and Widgets for Partial Contents. 3- Template files: you can check templates in the template folder under your theme 4- iframes.
