Hello

When I create new role with demanded role. they did not apply. for example I create user with similar superuser role. but when I login I see only dashboard.

Hello,

The Permissions are applied however seems you havent set the new role in menu items, you need to go Administration => Menu => Edit Menu Items, add the roles
