Hello, I'm having trouble with database migration to finish installing the theme. Also I would like to know where I edit the .env file, whether it is inside the cpanel terminal or if I can edit it inside Sublime TXT. Also which lines should be edited in the .env file I would also like to get the Elite platform but as I already have acquired the classifieds and e-commerce I can not aduiquirir the elite. Can you get a special description since I got two of you? can you help me with the installation? I'm grateful. Thank you very much.

Hello, the error is pretty clear, your database user does not have the privilege to create the database, this has nothing to do with Laraship you need to create a database with user that has privilege
