Webhook Exception

Hello,

In the th Webhook Calls section, even if i see paypal_rest.BILLING.SUBSCRIPTION.CREATED and i click on exception i see "Could not process 14 id webhookCall of event name not registered"

I see the same mesage for every event

So my question is : the exceptions here are a normal behaviours ?
