Select user result could not be loaded

Expected === After user (test1) successfully ordered a subscription, admin user shall see the subscription and modify the "User" and "Ends at" date (seems empty by default).    Actual === Cannot fill in the "User" because select user dropdown list cannot find "test1" user, and seems no way to manually input the value.
