Product suggestion

Hello there.

I want to create a complex CRM system and I was wondering if I can use as base one of your packages.

What I want to have:

1. Custom Roles and Permissions
2. Direct user Permissions and Role permissions.
3. Different subscriptions from the same user to different services .
4. Add custom payment of my own.
5. Add my extra functionalities to your package.

Can I use any of your packages to do all these?

If yes which is the best package or combination to buy as a base system?
