I am using One Command Installer and it gives me the error I do it as is the video and it gives me that error

Hello,
Looks like you have allow_url_open directive disabled in your PHP installation as announcement modules retrieves some images for demo items
so you can either enable it or you can disable the DemoSeeder for Announcements

or you can disable the demo seeder at Corals/modules/Announcement/database/seeds/AnnouncementDemoDatabaseSeeder.php
