Lost menu section in Admin side

hey there , when I try to add a new menu to front-end menu I lost my menu section in Admin side and I cannot fix it. I clean all caches but nothing is changed. Is there a bug ?

Hello, Looks like you deleted the menu from the admin, I suggest to restore the menus table from a DB backup

I’ll try then all the sites are scrambled and I cannot find a way to fix it. It gives a lot of errors. I send it an email to your info. Please check

I don’t have a backup of DB, which you suggest. I fix other problems. My only problem no side menus on the admin side. How can upload just that?

Hello,

I suggest you create a fresh installation on a different location and copy the menu table over
