Localization: Multi language: How to customize slug?

At the moment it seems like the slug doesn't change / is changeable for a page with different languages - even if I ad the field to the translatable configuration.

The point is SEO: Google won't find the different languages if they have only a single url or will be confused finding several languages with different content at the same url.

How ist it possible to change the slug as well?
