Hi Laraship, I found that Laraship is a marketplace platform that is very suitable for my project. I have some questions related to standard and extended license:

Standard License: when we got the standard license, could we get the full source code (without any encryption)?
Standard vs Premium Support: what does Laraship support cover? is it only for bugfix/security report? or we could ask the Laraship team about the customization for our needs? Could you tell me more about this?
Extended License - Free Installation: how Laraship Team do the installation while the client already has their own hosting service? Could we customize several features before install for the first time at a hosting server?
Extended License - Remote Updates: how Laraship Team do the remote updates in client website?
Extended license can switch their license once from development domain to production domain: does it mean when we already have a production version, we cannot add / customize new features in the development environment for the next dev phase (same project)?
Extended License - Customization Consultation: does it mean Laravel provides consultation for customization within 1 year validity? is there any additional charges for consultation? could you tell me more about this?
Could we upgrade to an extended license after purchasing the standard license?

Could you tell me more about this? Customizations are out of support scope, we answer questions and give recommendations in addition to bug fixes.

You send us server details with all requirements installed. - Remote Updates: how Laraship Team do the remote updates in client website? Your Laraship can connect to our remote server and download updates.
- Extended license can switch their license once from development domain to production domain: does it mean when we already have a production version, we cannot add / customize new features in the development environment for the next dev phase (same project)? for the standard license you cannot install Laraship locally or on a test domain, only one live domain.

ok.
So, for extended license, could I install Laraship locally, customize it, then ask for installation for the test domain after that?

After the customization fully developed (may be 3-4 months later / before license expiration), then we ask for installation for the live environment. Is that possible?

What if remote updates make some customization break / error? Could we get notification before / after remote update?

Regarding “Consultation here means gives recommendations and directions if some one asks about how to …”, it is included in extended license without additional charges. Right?

One more question,
for standard license, installation only once (in live). So, does it mean there are additional charges for installation (that separate from Laraship Marketplace Platform)?

Hello,

Free installation is availabled with one week of purchase, if you made changes with non the standard way to override then your changes can broke the site, this is same rule for all platforms.

if you have standard license and you need a stage installation, it means you need to get another license

I bought Standard license and modify something on my local, so i want to update it to server . I think i must upgrade to Extended to do this, right ?
if right please tell me how much i must pay more
