Hi Laraship,
I found that Laraship is a marketplace platform that is very suitable for my project. I have some questions related to standard and extended license:
- Standard License: when we got the standard license, could we get the full source code (without any encryption)?
- Standard vs Premium Support: what does Laraship support cover? is it only for bugfix/security report? or we could ask the Laraship team about the customization for our needs? Could you tell me more about this?
- Extended License - Free Installation: how Laraship Team do the installation while the client already has their own hosting service? Could we customize several features before install for the first time at a hosting server?
- Extended License - Remote Updates: how Laraship Team do the remote updates in client website?
- Extended license can switch their license once from development domain to production domain: does it mean when we already have a production version, we cannot add / customize new features in the development environment for the next dev phase (same project)?
- Extended License - Customization Consultation: does it mean Laravel provides consultation for customization within 1 year validity? is there any additional charges for consultation? could you tell me more about this?
- Could we upgrade to an extended license after purchasing the standard license?

- Standard vs Premium Support: what does Laraship support cover? is it only for bugfix/security report? or we could ask the Laraship team about the customization for our needs? Could you tell me more about this? Customizations are out of support scope, we answer questions and give recommendations in addition to bug fixes.

You send us server details with all requirements installed. - Remote Updates: how Laraship Team do the remote updates in client website? Your Laraship can connect to our remote server and download updates.
