How to remove the update notification popup in laraship?

We would like to remove "Your Laraship is up-to-date" message popup after login or any modïfications. Please advise how to remove it.

Hello,

You can set the

DISABLE_UPDATE=false

at .env to true

Newer Error when importing database backup.
