Hello,
We never faced this error, its probably related your hosting or php, or incorrect installation.

larashipError 500 is server error and 95% of the issues related to is server issues, the standard license does not cover debugging server issues

Hello,
It turned out obe caching issue

A change in the encryption mechanism is the cause. the solution was to empty out the sessions and views that were cached in the storage folder.
