Error 403 Forbidden

Hi, After successful installation we see the error 403 and I have checked the old question related to this topic but still, there is an issue. Firstly we don't have a .hdacces file on this folder and we cant run this application without it.   Can you please tell me what should I do. ?

Hello, Please make sure your installation folder is pointing to the public folder, this is clearly written in the installation instructions. or use the link below as workaround
