Greetings to all. A month ago, we bought you a license to use your LaraShip system. When configuring and trying to use the user registry, it throws an error, the result is "throw new Swift_RfcComplianceException ('Address in mailbox given ['. $ address. '] does not comply with RFC 2822, 3.6.2.');" , I comment that in the users table, insert only the user id, the empty name field and the rest null, we have correctly configured the .env file and we have collated the account that we have for testing in smtp.mailtrap.io, too We have tried it with gmail, with other applications that we have it works, but here it is giving us this error. Please can you help us, as we need this functionality. The error is not giving in this file vendor / swiftmailer / swiftmailer / lib / classes / Swift / Mime / Headers / MailboxHeader.php on line 355. Thanks in advance for helping us.

Hello, from the PDF you sent we see a user with empty values. can you advise how this got created?

As I mentioned in the PDF that we sent you, the application was installed according to the process created by you, and once you want to register a new user, you are throwing the error that we provided in the pdf.

The mail server was created, it was validated with other tools that it worked well, but when trying to register the user, it does not do so, instead it inserts an empty record.

We are checking all the code, and we have found that there are already people who also had the same thing when trying to run this LaraShip module.

All the fields are filled in and in the supplied pdf file is the sequence for the registration of the new user and the error it generates.

If you can provide us with a manual or good practices so that this module works correctly when configuring with mail delivery to the client and that this validates it correctly, for its correct registration we thank you.

What good practice when installing, it is important to know and that you can provide us,

Thanks for your valuable help

Hello,
Can you send app and server access to info@corals.io and our team will check

First of all, we thank you for your attentive collaboration shown in helping to solve the problem, we are sending you this email to indicate that we have been able to solve the situation, the failure occurred since a few steps were forgotten at the time of installation, and that’s why it didn’t work properly.

We have done a new installation of the application, as indicated on its website and we have been able to install it correctly. for the case of user registration, failures are no longer registered.

In advance, thank you for your attentive after-sales service.

Thanks a lot.
