Issue in Deleting in Laraship

Upon implementing Larasip I noticed that the delete function is not working for the backend (product, product images, categories) even though there is the option to delete. This also extends to the block widgets section, menu customization, cms, and every other page with a CRUD option in the admin dashboard section of the website. No visual feedback is given uppon selecting delete and there is no change to the deleted object/attribute No changes have been made to the controllers/modules.
