Hi,
Getting an error whenever i try to check for updates. i have 2 modules. i have entered the licence keys into each module. i have verified that the .env file is updated. it has been a significant period of time since i purchased and installled.
Please advise what may be causing the error or if there are any logs i should be looking at.

Hello,
We verified your both licenses already active you may need to clear cache by running the commands below
php artisan cache:clear
php artisan config:clear

Thanks for your response. i suspect the IP is from a local test install i did. The website is now on the server. if i provide the IP can this be updated in your records. i assume this will then allow the update to occur?

Hello,
License is activated on domain level not IP, unless you have the multitenant license.

Once you add the license key to the .env file, it will be activated automatically

replied 5 years ago So even though the licence is active on your records, by adding it to the.env file it will now be active on my new location and i will successfully be able to get updates? please confirm.
i can confirm that i have re-entered the license keys on the modules from within the application and this has not resolved the issue.
