Cannot create new roles

hi,

i am trying to create new roles with some persmission. but i recieved this error?

SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'disable_login' in 'field list' (SQL: insert into roles (name, label, redirect_url, dashboard_url, dashboard_theme, subscription_required, disable_login, guard_name, created_by, updated_by, updated_at, created_at) values (productmanager, Product Manager, , , , 0, 0, web, 1, 1, 2018-08-17 09:03:27, 2018-08-17 09:03:27)).

now i recived error “You cannot do login” when i tried to login
