Hello, i accidentally deleted blogs, Now even if i go to CMS => internal content, i get an error, How can i retun it back without affecting what i have already configured.

What is the error you're getting ? , do you have backup db ?

erro is page not found.
what is stored on the db. if yes, which table or tbles can i find, as have made many changes since then.
