500 Error Navigating to Modules

Hello I recently purchased the subscription module and installed as per the instructions. When I click the Modules menu item, I am getting a 500 error. Other pages are opening up fine. There was no error in installation or seeding. I can see the modules table with data as well. Quick help will be appreciated. Thanks Nischal

By the way, this is the error in log file:
