How can I translate elements of web site?
How can I define custom currency?
How can I change the calender system to hijri?

1) Hijri Calendar is not available.
2) Currency setup is under our documentation https://www.laraship.com/docs/laraship/payment-modules/currency-configuration/
3) for Translation we are using standard laravel translation files https://laravel.com/docs/5.6/localization.
